Is the conference for girls and boys?
Yes, this is a co-ed conference open to all high school juniors and seniors.

Registration is $50
All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner Friday and breakfast and lunch Saturday)

How do I register?
A link to register will appear on our website https://www.swetamu.com/high-school-conference on November 4 at 8 AM (CST). Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
We have 100 spots for student participants and 20 spots for parents or teachers. After those spots are filled we will open a waitlist. Once registered and paid, you will be emailed if you have been selected or put on the waitlist and will be required to fill out additional forms. If the forms are not submitted by the deadline on December 18th, then your spot may be taken by someone on the waitlist.
When is the conference?
The conference begins at 8 AM on Friday, January 24th and ends at 4 PM on Saturday, January 25th.
Is housing provided for Friday night?
Student participants have the option to preference on-campus housing. There are 45 spots available and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
What happens if I am selected for on-campus housing?
If selected for on-campus housing, the student will be staying with a current college student that lives on campus. All dorm hosts will have gone through a background check, and will ensure that their assigned high schooler is safe and will remain in their dorm for the whole night. The dorm host will also be responsible for dropping off their high schooler at the beginning conference location on campus on Saturday morning.
What if I don't get on-campus housing?
After the spots fill up, we will notify you around first week of December whether or not you need to book a hotel.
Please notify us before January 11th if you can no longer attend the conference for a full refund. We will not give refunds after that date.
