HSC 2026 is a two-day conference that will be held on Friday, January 23rd and Saturday, January 24th. A general itinerary is on our HSC Main Page, linked here. The conference is open to all high school juniors and seniors to give an idea of what being an engineer is like and the path to engineering at Texas A&M. There are engineering challenges, a college fair, lab tours, and so much more
HSC 2026 is projected to be held on Friday, January 23rd, and Saturday, January 24th, 2026. This conference is expected to take all day on Friday and until approximately 4 pm on Saturday. All times and dates are currently subject to change, so please check back closer to when registration opens!
HSC typically takes place on the Texas A&M campus in College Station, TX, and will likely be in the Memorial Student Center (MSC). Specific details will be confirmed closer to when registration opens!

No; this is a conference open to all high school juniors and seniors.
Yes, but it is required to complete the additional parent/teacher registration. There will be a cap of 20 total parents and teachers allowed to attend.
The registration fee for parents and teachers is $30.
Additionally, the parent/teacher being registered must be the one who is attending. Due to our policy, we are unable to switch places between adults, even for a spouse or additional faculty member.
Registration for students: $50
Your registration fee covers:
• All meals for the duration of the conference (breakfast/lunch/dinner on Friday and breakfast/lunch on Saturday)
• Conference t-shirt
• All event activities!
Unfortunately, SWE is unable to provide overnight accommodations. Information about local options will be provided during registration.

Once registration opens, you can register through our CircuitTree. You can also find the link to register on our Linktree.
Each student must be registered by their parent or legal guardian if the student is younger than 18 years old. Registrations completed by anyone other than the legal guardian will not be accepted.
If a student is 18 years or older, the student has the option to register themselves.
If a student is 18 years or older, the student has the option to register themselves and fill out their own necessary forms.
For HSC 2026, we will have group registration available on the Circuitree website. This will allow you to register all students at once and make a one-time payment.

Payments must be made at the time of registration. While you are more than welcome to complete the information portion and pay at a later time, you are not officially registered for HSC until you have paid the registration fee. Failure to pay the registration fee by the deadline will result in an invalid registration, meaning you are ineligible to attend the conference.
Attendees under 18 years old will not be allowed to check out on their own or with an unapproved adult. Only adults listed on the student’s Approved Adult Form can check their student in and out.
No exceptions will be made to this rule so that we can ensure the safety of our participants. More information will be provided after registration is complete.
There is no formal dress code for the entirety of the conference. Our only requirement is that students wear closed-toed shoes and long pants on the day of lab tours. The banquet or any other activity does not require any special clothing. Please note that students will be walking outside throughout the two days, so please make sure they dress for the weather.
Excused absence letters can be requested when checking out on Saturday of the conference. If you need an excused absence letter before the conference, please email hsc@swetamu.org.(mailto:hsc@swetamu.org)
Refunds can be issued until the refund deadline. To cancel your registration and request a refund, the legal guardian/parent must email us the registrant's full name and proof of registration. Our email is hsc@swetamu.org. (hsc@swetamu.org.)
