About Big/Little

The Big/Little program pairs underclassmen with upperclassmen for mentorship, smoothing their transition into college life. If you’re an underclassman seeking advice as you navigate engineering or an upperclassman looking to guide someone’s experience & develop personal friendships in engineering, this program is for you!

We focus on mentorship in a casual setting and fostering friendships between engineering students across all class years.

Brianna Bach

I’m Brianna Bach, the 2023-2024 Peer Mentorship co-chair. I am excited for this opportunity to have a larger role in SWE and help members grow professionally and personally. In my free time, you can find me playing tennis, writing calligraphy, reading, baking, and playing DND.

Mikayla Sexton

Howdy, my name is Mikayla Sexton! I am a General Engineering student, class of 2027, from Prosper, Texas. I am one of the peer mentorship co-chairs that organizes the Big/Little program and the Excel Committee. In my free time, I enjoy thrifting, baking, and hanging out with friends. I can't wait to continue growing my involvement with SWE.
