How do I register?

Registration is completed through CircuiTree. Currently, registration is not open. It will likely open early to mid-September. To be the first to hear about registration updates, sign up on our Interest Form here.

Based on difficulties from previous years' registrations, we will unfortunately no longer be offering group registrations. Each student must be registered by their parent or legal guardian if the student is younger than 18 years old. Registrations completed by anyone other than the legal guardian will not be accepted.

If a student is 18 years or older, the student has the option to register themselves.

How do I register a group?

Unfortunately, we no longer accept group registrations. Each student must be individually registered with their parent or legal guardian if the student if younger than 18 years old. A student who is 18 or older is allowed to register themselves.

However, it is possible to attend as a group! One of the required forms in registration is called the "Approved Adults Form." This form allows the legal guardian of the student to endorse a trusted adult to drop off or pick up their student. Simply make sure that whoever is bringing the group is listed as an approved adult on each student's forms. If you have a question about group attendance, the Approved Adults Form, or anything else in regards to registration, please reach out to our HSC Co-Chairs.

Are parents and teachers allowed to come?

Yes, but it is required to complete the additional parent/teacher registration. There will be a cap of 20 total parents and teachers allowed to attend.

The registration fee for parents and teachers is $30.

Additionally, the parent/teacher being registered must be the one who is attending. Due to our policy, we are unable to switch places between adults, even for a spouse or additional faculty member.

Are overnight accommodations included in my registration?

Unfortunately, SWE is unable to provide overnight accommodations. Information about local options will be provided during registration.
